- I want my order to be a gift, how do I notify it?Are there any additional costs to pay ?
Simply when you place an order you have the possibility to leave a comment with it, do not hesitate to leave a small message or special request that I would include with the order.
There is no additional charge for gift wrapping.
- I would like to purchase items that are sold out, what should I do?
Sometimes the items are out of stock, mainly due to a lack of supplies and that I do not want or cannot renew at the moment. Feel free to send me a message to place a pre-order. There will be no additional cost, my manufacturing times may be longer.
- Is it possible to place a personalized order or to make a custom made?
It is possible to place a personalized order (contact me):
- For a product already online : a request for fabric other than those offered and/or a custom production is possible like made to measure piece ... (additional costs may be added for both subjects)
- A product that you would like to see in my shop: do not hesitate to suggest your ideas to me, it remains to my appreciation to follow you in the project or not, I rarely make unique models (because of lack of time), the principle is rather to create a model in order to make it accessible to everyone.- How long do I have to wait for my order to be shipped?
Most of the items are made to order, they are sent within 2/3 weeks, if a longer delay is expected I will keep you informed. Times may vary depending on my workload. If your order is urgent (gift..), contact me or leave me a message with your order, in order to determine the date by which it should happen (please consider the time of making the item and the time of dispatch by the postal company)
- Is it possible to reserve a product?
No, to avoid payment problems, unsuccessful reservations ... If an item is no longer available in due time, do not hesitate to contact me so that it can be put back in stock.
- The article of my order does not follow me, what should I do?
- Before ordering you are required to check the size charts provided with each item (it can be found in the photos of the item), if it is a size error on your part, you can make a return within 2 weeks after having received the item , you are responsible for returning the item complete and in the condition in which you received it . Any damage caused may be billed to you . You will be asked for a shipment with a tracking number, the return costs are your responsibility . The order will be refunded or exchanged upon receipt of the item. In the case of an exchange, the payment of the return costs will be at your expense .
!! Some items are not exchangeable for hygiene / health reasons (ex: lingerie..)!!
- In the event of a size error on my part, the order will be fully refunded or exchanged . Any additional costs will be my responsibility.

- I received my damaged item, what should I do?
The items are always very well protected, it sometimes (rarely) happens that the items are damaged by the carrier. I am not responsible for postal damage, I advise you to contact the postal service that delivered you in order to receive compensation. Keep proof of the damaged package by taking photos of the box, your item, the packaging .... Contact me too, I will help you in your efforts as best as possible.
- My package was lost on the way, what should I do?
It sometimes happens that the package gets lost on the way, first contact the relevant postal service with your tracking number in order to locate the package and if it is lost to request an investigation (shipments are always made with tracking number which is provided to you during the notification of dispatch of the order). Contact me to help you in your efforts I would help as best as possible. If the package is really lost, unfortunately I can not do anything, I am not responsible for the losses of the carriers.
- How are my personal data processed?
The personal data provided (address, name, telephone ...) when you register on the Theblackmanor.com site and when placing an order are used only for the processing of an order. These data are neither given, nor exchanged, nor sold to a third party for commercial purposes. Your phone number or email address are used when sending your order so that you receive notification from the carrier regarding the delivery date of your package.
