For France, the shipments are made by Colissimo and Tracked Letter (La Poste), as well as by Mondial Relay.

For Europe, shipments are made by Delivengo and Internationally Tracked Letter (La Poste), some countries such as Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands are eligible for shipment via Mondial Relay

For the rest of the world, shipments are made by Delivengo and Internationally Tracked Letter (La Poste)

For France, shipping times are generally 2 to 5 working days

For Europe, shipping times are generally 5 to 15 working days

For the rest of the world, shipping times are generally 10 to 20 working days

  • ADDRESS ERROR

If you notify an address error after your order, let me know as soon as possible!

It may be that your order has not yet been sent but the slip has already been prepared, in this case and in the event that the package has already been shipped, The Black Manor declines all responsibility for the good reception of your order, as well as no refund will not be possible. Indeed, you must verify your personal information before validating the order.

If the package is returned you will have to pay the new shipping costs, no refund will be made on the order. 

 


  • CUSTOM FEES

For shipments outside of France, taxes and customs duties may apply to your package, The Black Manor is not responsible for these taxes and cannot control whether they will be taxed or not.

 

 

Article 8 – Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the period indicated on the order validation page. In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you have the option of canceling the order under the terms and conditions defined in article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product, we will reimburse it and cover the shipping costs under the conditions of article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code. In the event of delivery by a carrier, TheBlackManor cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals.

 

Article 6 – Retraction

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalty. Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete. In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. Return costs are your responsibility (excluding defective product / order error under the responsibility of The Black Manor company which undertakes to reimburse you for the entire order (shipping included) or send you a new item free of charge. ) In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, TheBlackManor will reimburse the sums paid, within 14 days of notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- The provision of services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun after the express prior consent of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

- The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations on the financial market beyond the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period.

- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized

 - The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection

 - Transactions concluded during a public auction.
